3. Information Stored on Your Device

If you use the App, information you enter or generate may be stored locally on your device, including:

• Completion / skip history for care tasks

In Version 1.0, this information remains on your device. The App does not transmit this content to WANGXIAOHENG LLC for storage, processing, or cloud backup initiated by us.

4. Information We Do Not Collect Through the App (V1.0)

Through Daily Paw Planner V1.0, we do not:

• Require you to create an account or sign in
• Collect or upload your personal data or pet care content to our servers

• Share App user content with advertisers or data brokers

• Use third-party analytics, attribution, or tracking SDKs

5. App Permissions and Why They Are Used

A. Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS)

• Requested only when you enable care reminders.
• Used to show local, on-device reminder notifications for scheduled care tasks.

B. Boot completed (RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED)

• Used so that, after your device restarts, the App can reschedule local reminders you previously enabled.
• Not used to collect personal data.

C. Other system permissions that may appear because of Android platform / support libraries

• Certain AndroidX support libraries (for example, libraries used for local background scheduling) may declare technical permissions such as WAKE_LOCK, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, or FOREGROUND_SERVICE.
• In V1.0, these are not used to upload your pet or care data to our servers, show ads, or track you for advertising.
• The App does not declare the INTERNET permission for the purpose of sending your App content to us.

If a future version needs additional permissions or network features, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide in-app disclosures before the change takes effect.

App local data

• Retained on your device until you delete it.
• You can clear all local App data in the App Settings using “Clear local data”.
• You can also uninstall the App. Uninstalling generally removes the App’s local data from your device.

Contact messages are retained only as long as needed to respond and manage related business records, or as required by law.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Because App V1.0 does not upload your pet or care data to our servers, local App data must be cleared on your device (Settings → Clear local data, or uninstall).

The App and website are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us through our website or email, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We design V1.0 so that App content stays on your device. Please protect your device with a screen lock or other device security features. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information stored on your device or transmitted when you contact us by email or website form.
