These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WANGXIAOHENG LLC website, our professional services, and our mobile application Daily Paw Planner (the "App"). By accessing our website, engaging our services, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The website, App, and related materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website or App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Daily Paw Planner is a personal lifestyle / daily care planner for organizing pet care routines. It provides organizational tools for convenience only and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified veterinarian with any questions regarding your pet’s health.
WANGXIAOHENG LLC provides creative and digital services and mobile product capabilities, including but not limited to brand identity, digital marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition support, app publishing support, traffic channel management, data analysis, global app distribution support, mobile app growth support, UI/UX design, content creation, and video production. Specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for client engagements are defined in individual project agreements.
Daily Paw Planner is developed and operated by WANGXIAOHENG LLC. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. WANGXIAOHENG LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. The App, website design, branding, and related materials remain the property of WANGXIAOHENG LLC or its licensors, except for content you create and store locally in the App.
Clients agree to provide timely feedback, necessary materials, and accurate information required for project completion. Delays in client response may affect project timelines.
Payment terms for professional services are outlined in each project proposal. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balance due upon delivery or as specified in the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WANGXIAOHENG LLC’s total liability arising out of or related to the website, the App, or a client project is limited to the amount paid for the specific paid project giving rise to the claim (or, for App-only use without a paid project, to USD $50). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, pets, profits, or business opportunities.
Content on this website is for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. We reserve the right to modify website content and these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Missouri, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
